Common Measurement Tool (CMT)

The Common Measurements Tool (CMT) is a survey tool developed in Canada and available for New Zealand State Services/Agencies to use in order to measure and analyse the satisfaction of their users. The CMT is adaptable to suit the requirements of a particular state service/agency, as long as it follows the specific guidelines and methodologies as set out by the State Services Commission (SSC) in agreement with the CMT license. The Survey Company can support a State Service or Agency in the implementation, running, reporting, and analysis of the CMT

Customer satisfaction (for ISO 9001:2008)

International Standards Association has released a set of well established quality management standards known as the ISO 9000:2008. Certification for these standards is common in a variety of companies and organisations from all over the world. By meeting the certification requirements (and ultimately achieving the standards set out in the ISO 9000:2008) a company or organisation has fulfilled customer requirements, maintained regulatory requirements, enhanced customer satisfaction, and will ultimately achieve continuous improvement in their performance.

Email newsletter survey (e-Valuation survey)

The e-Valuation survey is a way of gathering specific feedback from recipients of an email newsletter or update. By measuring satisfaction within the key areas of timeliness, accessibility, relevance, and accuracy we can identify what facets of your communication work best and what areas need improvement.
In addition to these specific areas, survey respondents are also given the opportunity to provide comments about anything they may deem relevant. This gives you the opportunity to collect more insightful feedback on these measures, or just general comment.
Responses from the e-Valuation survey are collated and analysed to produce an easy to read short report that summarises the overall quality of your email communication. As repeat surveys are conducted comparison between instances of e-Valuations can be made within your organisation and against others.
Your e-Valuation report will help guide the continuous improvement of your email communication such that they are sent at an appropriate time, suitably laid out, and with relevant and accurate content.
