Questionnaire design
It is important that questions are worded clearly and structured correctly to meet your survey objectives. Questionnaires that contain leading questions, double barrelled questions, and inappropriate response options can harm the validity of survey results, and consequently lead to incorrect conclusions.
Survey management
Using survey software that we have built ourselves we can input the questions, test functionality, and obtain sign-off with key stakeholders. We then send out survey invitations, reminders, and generally manage the survey process from beginning to end. This also includes managing any queries from survey respondents.
Data analysis and reporting
After a survey has been run and responses have been collected, we can interpret the data to provide in-depth analysis structured around your survey goals. Analysis can include cross-tabulation, graphing, scoring and benchmarking appropriate to your needs.
We can identify themes, sentiments, and relationships found within the survey data and present these in an easy to understand format. Some of our advanced analyses include: discourse analysis, ranking, priorities for improvement (PFI), and customer satisfaction indexing.
