Online surveying

An outline of the process of running online surveys.

Invitations

We send an email to participants introducing the survey process, including any incentive for completing the survey. You provide the text and list of participants for these emails, which we then send out.

Questionnaire

You can provide the survey questions or we can go through a questionnaire design process with you.

As soon as participants submit their answers, they are immediately saved and available for reporting.

Reminders

At agreed intervals we will send out reminder emails to participants who have not completed their survey.

Survey monitoring

This screen lets you monitor the progress of your survey, see how many participants have responded and provide updates to survey stakeholders.

Survey reporting

When a questionnaire is completed the results are immediately available as graphical reports and Excel downloads. Find out more...

Survey analysis

Once the survey is complete, we can provide further in-depth analysis and presentation of findings. Find out more...

How we do it

By running your surveys online, we will:

  • Reduce research costs;
  • Achieve greater response rates;
  • Reduce survey cycle time;
  • Provide you with reporting to your requirements.
