We have installed internet access in all the sites which means we no longer have to use paper-based mail out surveys, and it will be much faster " said Mr Barry." Having the option to either get the raw data in a spreadsheet or receive PDF result reports tailored to their requirements, IPS told The Survey Company what they wanted.

"We just asked for the information we thought we needed and that is what we got. It is always great to get it in an appealing format like the PDF," said Mr Barry.
